Ring Target is made by Hello World Technologies LLC, and we read every message. Whether the game crashed, a score went missing, or you just have an idea — write in.

What to put in your message

The more of this you include, the faster we can fix it:

What happened, and what you expected instead.
What you were doing when it happened — mid-run, on the game over screen, right after signing in.
Your phone model and Android version (Settings → About phone).
The app version, shown on the Play Store listing under About this app.
A screenshot or a screen recording, if the problem is something you can see.
Whether you were signed in with Google or playing as a guest.

Before you write: two quick fixes

Best score gone after reinstalling? A guest score lives only on the phone. Sign in with Google and it is kept with your account from then on.
Google sign-in failing? Check that the device has an up-to-date Google Play Services and a working connection, then try again. Playing as a guest always works offline.

Privacy

Anything you send us is used only to answer you, and is not added to any mailing list. What the app itself collects is set out in the Ring Target Privacy Policy.
